🕐 Turnaround Time & Rush Orders:

Typical turnaround time is 1–3 weeks, depending on order size and availability. Need it sooner? Rush orders may be accommodated for a $50 flat fee — just reach out!

Minimum bulk order: 15 soaps (mix & match allowed)

4 Pearl Soaps (Retail $6)

  • 15–59 sets → $4.80 each
  • 60–99 sets → $4.20 each
  • 100+ sets → $3.60 each

6 Pearl Soaps (Retail $8)

  • 15–59 sets → $6.40 each
  • 60–99 sets → $5.60 each
  • 100+ sets → $4.80 each

PearlBerry – 6 Strand (Retail $20)

  • 15–59 sets → $16.00 each
  • 60–99 sets → $14.00 each
  • 100+ sets → $12.00 each

Loofah Soaps / Element Bars (Retail $9)

  • 15–59 sets → $7.20 each
  • 60–99 sets → $6.30 each
  • 100+ sets → $5.40 each

Payment & Invoicing

Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your bulk order before production begins. This deposit covers materials and preparation for your order.

  • Cancellation Before Production: If you cancel before production starts, 40% of your deposit will be refunded. A 10% restocking fee will be retained.
  • After Production Begins: Once production has started, deposits are strictly non-refundable, as supplies are purchased and batches are handmade in small quantities.

Final Sale Policy
All bulk orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Returns & Damaged Items

We only accept returns or replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aestheticallysoaps@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • 3–5 clear photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

⚠️ Please do not open or use incorrect items, as this may delay resolution.

Delivery Issues & Timeframes

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, defective, or faulty (or if a defect appears upon first use).
  • Your package is lost, stolen, or visibly damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We will review each case and provide the appropriate resolution.
