Event Gifting? If you’re ordering for a wedding, corporate event, or special occasion, we can discuss custom label printing with your logo to make your order extra special.

Turnaround Time & Rush Orders:

Typical turnaround time is 1–3 weeks, depending on order size and availability. Need it sooner? Rush orders may be accommodated for a $50 flat fee — just reach out!

Cancellation Before Production: If you cancel before production starts, 40% of your total amount will be kept, along with a 10% restocking fee.
After Production Begins: Once production has started, no changes can be made to your order unless you are adding items to the order.
Final Sale Policy
All bulk orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Returns & Damaged Items
We only accept returns or replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aestheticallysoaps@gmail.com with:

Your order number
3–5 clear photos of the item(s)
A brief description of the issue
Please do not open or use incorrect items, as this may delay resolution.

Delivery Issues & Timeframes
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

Your order arrives damaged, defective, or faulty (or if a defect appears upon first use).
Your package is lost, stolen, or visibly damaged.
You receive the wrong item.
We will review each case and provide the appropriate resolution.
