Returns & Refund Policy

At Astral Wear and Aesthetically Soaps, each product is created with care and attention to detail. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Astral Wear (Apparel)

All Astral Wear items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Design, colour, or placement choices made at checkout

Changes or cancellations are only accepted within a limited window. Any changes requested after an order is placed may delay production and shipping by up to one additional week.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Approved changes after this point may require a remake fee.

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item price, and the item must be unused and in original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Aesthetically Soaps (Body Products)

Due to the nature of personal care products, all Aesthetically Soaps items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

Shipping & Delivery – Astral Wear

Astral Wear operates out of Surrey, British Columbia. All items are made to order and shipped after production is complete.

  • Pickup and local delivery available. Free local delivery on orders over $100.

  • Orders are shipped after production timelines are met

  • Production and shipping times may be extended during high order volume

  • Requesting changes after placing an order may delay shipping by up to one additional week

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Astral Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

We ship once per week (one dedicated shipping day). Please bear with us, as Astral (Sheldon) may not always have the energy to get it done due to his ongoing cancer treatments.

Aesthetically Soaps operates out of Grande Prairie, Alberta and does not offer pickup or local delivery for Astral Wear products.

Orders over $100 CAD ship free anywhere in Canada.

Delivery Issues & Timeframes

Please contact us within 48 hours if:

  • You receive a defective item

  • Your package is lost, stolen, or visibly damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

Invalid or Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or refused address, the buyer is responsible for redelivery costs. We cannot refund orders lost due to address errors.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us immediately.

A police report may be required to confirm loss. Fraudulent claims will be reported and may result in refusal of future orders.

General Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • By placing an order, you agree to this policy
