All products are final sale and non-refundable.
Returns & Damaged Items
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aestheticallysoaps@gmail.com. Be sure to include:
Your order number
3–5 clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
A brief description of the issue
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately.
Note: Do not open or use incorrect items, as this may delay resolution.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Email aestheticallysoaps@gmail.com with the subject line:
"CANCEL ORDER NO. [your order number]"
Return to Sender / Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to:
An incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or
Refusal at delivery
The customer is responsible for reshipping fees, and no refunds will be issued for the returned parcel. There is a 10% restocking fee.
Please double-check your address during checkout to avoid delays.
Bulk Order Refund & Cancellation Policy
Final Sale Policy
All bulk and wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each batch is made to order exclusively for you. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please review and confirm all details, including scents, quantities, and packaging, prior to placing your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, materials are purchased, production time is allocated, and your order moves into our handmade production schedule—making it ineligible for cancellation.
Returns & Damaged Items
We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, over-ordering, or dissatisfaction with scent/color variations. Minor variations are part of the artisanal process and do not constitute defects.
We will only accept returns or replacements for orders with documented damage, defects, or incorrect products upon arrival.
If this occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aestheticallysoaps@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- 3–5 clear, well-lit photos of the damaged or incorrect items and the packaging they arrived in
- A brief description of the issue
Important Notes
- All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery, prior to distribution or resale.
- Damaged or incorrect products must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging until the issue is resolved.
- In the event of damage during transit, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacements or a partial refund.
- Our soaps are made in small batches using natural ingredients; variations in color, texture, and scent are normal and reflect the handmade process.
- IF YOUR PRODUCT BOX WAS DAMAGED FROM POSTAL WORKER A CHARGE BACK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please submit your photos where we will go ahead and open a claim through the postal department! We are completely out of control how shipping stores handle our products as we ensure to package everything with so much care. These things do happen and of course our team wants to make it right!!
